Another rainy day in Boulder! The sun peeks out every hour or so, but the thunder rolls and more rain appears. It really doesn't matter...this town is beautiful wet. So with some free time this afternoon, I wanted to get some exercise. I have always related Boulder, Colorado in my mind to a Pilates studio I love in Geneva, Illinois. One of my Pilates instructors, Ben, is a graduate of the Pilates Center in Boulder. I thought I would check it out!
I have been an avid student of Pilates for 13 years and attribute my strong core and continued energy to Pilates training.
I was lucky enough to meet one of the founders and owners of the studio, Amy Alpers. As I chatted with her about my Pilates studio back home in Geneva, her student told me SHE was from Geneva! It turns out I knew her family! Small world strikes again.
If this studio had a shoe as a best friend, it would be the Sky Blue Croc ABF Flip! The blues would match this beautiful studio and follow the curves created by all the Pilates students' bodies all day long....
